Yes, all our mechanical keyboards include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
Are the switches hotswappable on all models?
Most of our current lineup features hotswappable PCB sockets compatible with both 3-pin and 5-pin MX-style switches. Please check the specific product specifications for confirmation.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for custom keyboards?
We offer a 30-day return window for standard products. However, fully customized 'Build-Your-Own' kits are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item arrives damaged.

Our keyboards are plug-and-play compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. Most models also include a physical toggle switch to swap between Mac and Windows key layouts.
